Long stays (6 nights and up), and large groups (10 to 12 persons), receive a 5% discount.

Villa Surf allows a maximum of 12 guests (4 in each room).

To guarantee your privacy, villa is rented one group at a time.

Minimum rental is 2 nights.

A 25% deposit is required for reservations.  Complement has to be paid at your arrival.

We accept cancellations 15 days before your arrival.  A US $50.00 service fee plus refunding expenses are applied.

We accept cash, checks and wire transfers.
